With the end of March being today, the Purple Heart Foundation wanted to close out Women's History Month with a story about one more Veteran - Col. Oveta Culp Hobby. This is one of the many stories that the #PurpleHeartFoundation plans to exhibit on our women #veterans for #WomensHistoryMonth. Col.
